Creating the Future
HFA Science EveningHector Fellow Academy Science Evening
The annual Science Evenings of the Hector Fellow Academy aim to put current scientific topics into a socio-political context. Lectures by renowned academics, politicians and representatives of industry link the research topics of the Hector Fellows with key challenges of our time. Discussion panels improve the dialog between science and the general public and help start discussion on issues relevant for the future.
The Science Evening is preceded by the HFA Symposium during the day. This annual meeting of all members of the Hector Fellow Academy provides a platform for Hector Fellows, Hector RCD Awardees and early career researchers to exchange ideas on current and future research projects and to establish and maintain valuable contacts.
